He did fairly well at getting his fingernails (and a little of the skin around it.) He got a little on his shirt, but other than that, he was very quiet and I didn't have a mess to clean up.

fingernail polish
One day when I was trying to get my work done, I'd left Holden to play quietly, by himself. Now I know any of you with 2 year old boys are just shaking your heads about now. Well, he got way too quiet, so I went to investigate. This is what I found:
He did fairly well at getting his fingernails (and a little of the skin around it.) He got a little on his shirt, but other than that, he was very quiet and I didn't have a mess to clean up.

But mom, it's so pretty! I could be worse, when my brothers were little they took magic markers and colored in the "southern region!" They thought it was the coolest thing ever!
Oh my goodness, that hardly made a mess at all. I wish my 2 year old was cleaner like Holden. He is such a cutie!!!
