We had the opportunity to take our family through the Draper Temple open house this week. It is a beautiful building, with nothing spared! It was neat to take Makayla there and explain the significance of temples. We are now looking forward to going to the Oquirrh Mountain Utah Temple that will be having their open house this summer.

Such an awesome experience to give your kids!
What time of day did you go? Was it very busy? Chuck and I tried to go after work a few weeks ago and it was SO busy. We didn't even get to the temple. We were all really bummed. We are going to try again, earlier in the day.
Did you have reservations? We went on a Tuesday at 6:00. It was VERY busy, but since Clara is in a wheelchair, we got to skip the church and go straight to the temple to watch the video, so no waiting for that. I've heard that if you go during the day it isn't as bad. Have Chuck take a long lunch and head up.
I wanted to go to the open house but, I don't think we are going to make it this time. Having 4 kids is crazy. I hope we can make it to the next one. Ryan has been asking to go inside the Temple, so it would have been cool to take him inside. What did Makayla think of it?
Yeah, we had reservations, but they were at 7:40 PM. We waited at the church for over an hour (and still weren't loaded onto the buses) and the kids were all too tired. It didn't feel very organized. Maybe it was an especially busy night. I am really looking forward to going though.

Glad you got to go with the kids. We are going in March with our Primary. I am looking forward to it very much.
Glad you are liking your Wii fit. I've never tried it but I've hears it is lots of fun.
