Wii Fit is kicking my butt!

We got Wii Fit for Christmas and I've been working out on it 3-5 days/week. Today, I can feel every muscle in my body hurting. Did I say I really enjoy it? I like the workout I get. I also like the fact that my wii fit age was 20 today!

Thanks for posting this. I need the motivation. Which exercises do you do? Yoga, aerobics...any others? Do you do the running? Which is your favorite?

I like to do all of it. I will work on certain areas of my body one day or I will do Yoga the next. I like doing strength training and aerobics too, but I don't run. I've never been a runner and I still don't like it. I reward myself with the balance games if I do a workout.

So you enjoy the balance games? I admit that I haven't really played them very much...I've just watched Chuck and the girls play them. I am not a runner either. I just need to start using the game; that's why we bought it, right?
